Every night my 21mth old son has to
go and say goodnight to Lottie before he goes to bed himself. Lottie
is often asleep on the human bed, but is told toget into her basket to
set a good example and Oliver then climbs in there with her, giving
her hugs and kisses or pretending to go to sleep in her basket, as in
this picture. Note the stoical look on Lottie's face - her attitude
towards the child is longsuffering but always totally patient.
